The Mitt and Muff are designed with arthritis sufferers in mind but can be used for general strains, aches and pains, or just to warm up cold hands The Mitt is sold individually. Use it on one hand at a time. The standard size comes to the wrist bone; the large will cover the forearm. The Muff is cylindrical in shape and opens at both ends. You can place both hands in it or slide it up to cover the forearm. With the large size you can slip both hands and forearms inside giving yourself a cozy hug.
